As pastor of the small Community Church, Stephen often welcomed friends, family, and readers to The Crossing for barbecues, potlucks, musical and drama entertainment, and many memorable celebrations. This false-front town resembled an old-time western movie set.
Though its seasons of ownership have changed, The Crossing continues to live on through the stories, friendships, and cherished memories created there.
