The evidence points toward someone on the rodeo team. Could it be one of Crystal’s friends? She intends to find out before Gabrielle is hurt. But when a sudden, fierce blizzard traps Crystal and her friends on a Montana mountain, team rivalries and rodeo action take a backseat to survival.

Excerpt from rodeo action novel Crystal’s Blizzard Trek …

A fun party, Crystal spent most the night laughing. They played a long game of charades. Teresa proved to be the biggest ham in the group. The game finished, most headed for the punch bowl, while Crystal looked for Shawn. She tiptoed toward the Patterson den, where most of the guys ended up. Someone in the entryway sorted through the coats piled on a love-seat.

She recognized Shawn’s profile. She started to call to him, but stopped when she spied him stuffing something in a coat pocket. Then he sauntered to the den. She hurried to the coats and picked up hers. Though she searched both pockets, she found nothing. She laid it back down and brushed against Gabrielle’s coat. Feeling an object, she looked around. No one watching. Then she pulled out a small square box.

“A present? A present from Shawn to Gabrielle? Is he the one?” Suddenly, Crystal felt very sick.
